I farted in the car yesterday and it was a really strong odour, I was enjoying the tear wrenching gases when my friend farted too and it could no longer enjoy mine... Why is that? Are there chemicals or something in our farts that our bodies recognise and know to enjoy? Thanks!

I think it's pride in what we can do with our intestines. Same as taking a crap and texting the pic to your friend on a cell phone...
