It's probably like a fungus...kinda like athletes foot on your hands.
Maybe you have sweaty palm or see a dermatologist
Not to be offensive, but maybe there are some other parts of your body that are not as clean as they should be and when you touch them, it leaves an odor on your hands. Check you scalp, behind your ears, etc.
