Why do our eyes roll back when we throw up?

its true! Same muscles that roll your eyes back help open you throat. Gagging is a reflex just like rolling your eyes back. Its an involuntary response. Good Luck finding the real answer.

They dont.I threw up a few weeks ago after eating a poorly cooked soy sandwich and I can remember seeing the pukeing process...yuck.
