Why do I worry so much?
Answer:
Like a dog with a bone. It's being obsessive. It is totally useless. ~
My favorite answer to that:
Why Worry?
Why worry? Either you are sick or healthy. If you are healthy there is nothing to worry about; if you are sick you have 2 possibilities.
Either you'll get well or you'll die. If you get well there is nothing to worry about, if you die there are 2 possibilities. Either you'll go to heaven or you'll go to hell. If you go to heaven there is nothing to worry about, and if you go to hell, you'll be so busy shaking hands with friends, you won't have TIME to worry about a thing. So why worry?
Because it's natural.. people can't help but worry-even if they don't mention it ppl are worring all the time..! * : ].
it is part of life and it gets worse as life gets harder and the world gets faster
feeling of guilt generates so much worry...do you?
See anxiety treatments, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris... on page 6.
To worry is natural, but worrying too much can harm our mental health. When we worry bout something we often come across some way to solve that problem. So worry until the problem is solved but , not toooooo.. much !
Do you have nothing outside of yourself to wrap your mind around? I'd suggest picking up a newspaper, but that would only compound your worries, I'm afraid.
I don't know but I'd be worried about it.
it can be a mixture of things..
i worry about things all the time..
it may be because you are insecure
not just about what your worried about,
but insecurities about things that have happened previously in your life could make you doubt other new things in your life..
old doubts lurk in your mind, and they eventually influence your new worries..
i hope all that makes sense.
whenever u feel u r n nervous state--note down all the thoughts arising in ur mind. when u r back in the safe mode, expand all with details, check the causes and omit them with a cleaner in ur mind- POSITIVE ATTITUDE
