they're itchy because they have sweat on them. Your hands have sweat glands too.
I have no idea, honey, but when you find out let me know... mine do that when I'm nervous. (Must be the sweat?)
You could have exercise-induced urticaria (hives). Your doctor can give you medication to prevent this. Some foods can also aggravate this condition. Good luck.
